Data Storage
Cycle tracking data — including period dates, tension events, and settings — is stored in your device's local storage. Marcy does not send these records to us. Exported backups and device backups may store copies elsewhere, including cloud storage you use.
Email Collection
If you voluntarily provide your email address, it is submitted to Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service, for the sole purpose of sending product updates. Your email is not linked to your health data in any way. You may request removal of your email by contacting us.
Health Data
Marcy does not integrate with Apple Health, HealthKit, or any other health data framework. No health data is collected, transmitted, or shared.
Analytics and Tracking
Marcy does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, cookies, or any form of user tracking.
Data Deletion
Use “fresh start” on the Data page and confirm “erase data” to remove local history, settings, and recovery copies and cancel pending reminders. Downloaded backups are not deleted, and this does not remove an email address already submitted for product updates.
Third-Party Services
Formspree handles optional email signup. GitHub Pages hosts the browser version and logs visitors’ IP addresses for security. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its standard security and network services. Marcy does not send your cycle records to any of these services.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
